The ACA school board acknowledges that a significant number of University Model families are primarily supported by single incomes, and as such, the school is committed to fostering an accessible educational environment. To support these families, ACA is dedicated to offering financial aid for those who qualify, ensuring that financial constraints do not hinder students' access to quality education.

Financial Aid
|
Anchor participates in Pennsylvania's Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program. Students can apply to be considered for financial aid if their household’s annual income is no greater than $112,348 plus $19,775 for each dependent member of the household as defined by the IRS. Financial aid eligibility is determined by FACTS, a third party financial aid assessment to maintain the financial privacy of families. An aid application fee will be required by FACTS.
The financial aid committee will award aid to qualifying families in monthly cycles beginning March 15. Applications completed first will be prioritized, but note that your 2025 tax forms must be submitted with your application. |
Refund Policy
All tuition and fees are non-transferable from student to student.
If a student withdraws after the enrollment or re-enrollment has been submitted, a written withdrawal request must be submitted to the Head of School. Application, registration and testing fees are not refundable, however, a family's contracted tuition obligation is rounded to the nearest $10 and refunded or forgiven based on the date of the student’s approved withdrawal request as follows:
Before May 15: 90% of tuition will be refunded/forgiven
Before July 1: 2/3 of total tuition refunded/forgiven
Before Aug 15: 1/3 of total tuition refunded/forgiven
No tuition forgiveness or refund will be possible after Aug 15.
Exceptions will only be considered if a family experiences death in their immediate family, job transfer requiring a household move more than 45 minutes from the campus or extreme extenuating circumstances. All requests for exceptions should be made in writing to the ACA Board of Trustees for consideration. A board decision will be made within 30 days of the receipt of the request.
No activity fees, partial or otherwise, will be refunded for students temporarily barred from participation in electives or extra-curricular activities due to academic or disciplinary problems.
